dear john I went to a salon to have my hair lightened fgor the summer. my hair is lightbrown dirty blond it always lightens natural in the summer stupid me getsher hair cut last week i cannot sit for too long have pelvic pain and I.C. I CAME HOIME YESTERDAY WITH WHITE ORANG YELLOW HAIR ik CALLED AND THEY SAAAAAID SHE COULD FIT ME IN ON FRIDAY. WHAT SHOULD THEY DO TOO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN HER GENEROUS TIPS AND FEEL I ASM A LOYAL CUSTOMER PLEASE HELP ME MY HAIR FEELS LIKE STRAW AND WHEN I TOUCH IT LITTLE PIECES OF HAIR COME OUT WHAT AHOULD I ASK THEM TOO DO I AM AFRAID THEY WILL MAKE IT WORSE I LOOK LIKE A FREAK i AM CONDITIONING WITH A ORGANIC SHEA BUTTER MASQUE. It sounds to me that the high light went a bit too light in some places and not enough in others. As far as the pieces from the ends, it is a bit dehydrated.
No worries, I would ask for some low lights and a glaze to make everything an even blonde. It's an easy fix! As far as conditioning, careful to nit over condition, it could be heavy on the proteins which is not always good. Also with the low lights, a Demi permanent color would be best!
