OK, remember that 11 Series is 4 levels of lift, and 12 Series is 5 levels. When choosong your tool, and you need a bit more control, either choose a stronger control series, like you have been using 11N, try a more controlling tone of 11P or 11SV. OR, you have been using 12BN, try more controlling 12BS or 12MB. Another option is to add 5 to 10mls of Blonding Cream or Blonding Cream Ash. This will provide more lift to rid the unwanted warmth and then allow a cooler result. Look at the High Lift Chart of where each tool is positioned, and then that will help you with which high lift tool to choose. Of Course, there are always many more "tricks", though try these first and we can always expand from there!!!
