Hey John, That was a sick color class. In Schectady NY on September 14th at Glen Sanders. Loved it. Here is the stupid thing though. When I got home and reviewed my notes I didn’t write down the color formulas for the second model. “Eva Mendes.” Chocolate brown. Can you send them to me. Wonder if you might want to include them in the training packet for reference in the future. Then you won’t get these kind of crazy emails, haha. I’m a a commercial makeup artist honing my hair skills. Check out my website at www.makemefabulous.com. And thanks for the great class and getting back to me. Alayne
Thanks so much and I am happy you enjoyed !!! It was an absolute pleasure to work with such a large talented group. The "chocolate Brown" model was a natural level 5/6 to start. The base shade I chose for her was Goldwell Colorance Mild Alkaline. 40mls Intensive Lotion scalp to end. In crescent sections I alternated 3 Detail Slices, 1st being Goldwell Topchic 40mls 40vol 20mls Blong Cream Ash. 2nd being 40mls 40vol 15mls 11G 5mls 7MB, 3rd being Goldwell Silk Lift 35mls Silk Lift 20vol and 1 scoop Silk Lift Strong with SL Ampule. Process for 30 mins, then an overlay of Colorance 40mls lotion 18mls 9BN 2mls 7MB for 15 mins. I then applied Full Color Color Glow Instant Serum. With this particular canvas I chose to alternate the 3 detail slices and then a single slice of base between to break the alternation. I hope you enjoy the formulas and techniques, and visit back to WWJSD and the site to continue to be inspired! j
