Well that is a broad ?, though my favorite ways to lighten hair in the summer is with a High Lift Color vs a decolorizer.
My favorite are.....on natural hair,
Goldwell 11 Series 2+1 Neutral
40mls 40vol
15mls 11A
5mls 7MB
levels 4-7

Goldwell 12 Series Cool
40mls 40vol
15mls 12 BM
5mls Blonding Cream Ash

With an overlay of Goldwell Colorance 9BN or even 10BS, this will give you the perfect base or combination with a high light!
